Weight Loss Update

I know it has been a long time since I have posted about my weight loss.  The good news is that the reason had nothing to do with me not working on it!

So far, I haven't lost as much weight as I would have wanted to by now - I have lost about 7.5 lbs!  I have lost 1" off my waist and hips, a 0.5" off my thighs and I can button my size 16 NYandC jeans!  To me, this si great progress.

I have been able to play racquetball 2-3 times per week, which has definitely helped.

I won a weight-loss challenge at work so I won some really cool prizes, with the most exciting being 3 free personal training sessions!  I am very excited about those.  I also won a makeover and a gift card to a running shoe place.

Just got to keep it going and realize that this is a journey, not a destination!

  2. What kind of a makeover? Could be fun! I always thought it would be interesting to have a personal trainer... you will have to share how that goes! =) So excited for you, you are doing great! =)
