B and I are officially homeowners as of today at about 4:15pm. Got the keys to the house...with a list of things that we have to do - all the utilities, get a mailbox, homeowners association, etc.
We're going to my having movers do the bulk of the moving for us...lookin forward to lettins some other people do that for a change.
Going to get my taxes done tomorrow - looking forward to getting to claim that new $8000 tax credit for buying our house :)
Will definitely help with the closing cost...too bad you have to pay it back. Is it still an interest free loan to payback over 15 years?
